Eight people. Fifteen acres. Four or six weeks, fifteen minutes from Byron Bay.
Home is where it falls apart.
Everyone has the plan. Train properly, eat properly, stop drinking, sleep. It falls apart at home because home is built to break it.
So you leave. Four weeks, or six, on a farm in the Byron hinterland with seven other people and one routine. That's the whole method — the removal of everything that stops you.
Same daily structure across all five. What changes is the length and where the focus sits.
Pricing confirmed on enquiry. Eight places — every application is read personally.
The ring, the bags, the strength work and the recovery are all on the property. The running isn't — that's the point of being here.
This is where the camp stops being a wellness retreat. Meditation at 12:30, rounds in the evening. Both are on the schedule.
You don't decide anything — the day is already built. This is the general shape; it varies with your program, your recovery and the camp you're on.
Standard is a dorm-style room in the shared camp house — simple, and meant to be. VIP is your own house on the same property, same program.

Fifteen acres, fruit orchards, free-range eggs. All meals provided and built around training and recovery — real food, enough of it, at the right times.
Recovery gets the same treatment: sauna, breathwork, yoga and genuine downtime are on the schedule, not offered as an optional extra you never get to.
A private rural property in the Byron hinterland — about fifteen acres of farm and fruit orchards. Close enough for lighthouse runs and beach sprints. Far enough that when the day is done, it's quiet.

Nobody's going to shout at you. But eight people sharing one house and one routine only works if everyone holds up their end.
No alcohol — for the whole camp.
No disruptive behaviour.
Quiet after 10pm in the dorm.
Respect the property — it's a working farm.
Respect the other guests.
Turn up to every session, on time.
Respect recovery and quiet periods.
Commit to the routine.
Camp is run personally by Eddie and Brooke. With eight people on the property, you train with them directly — every session, every day.
Anything else — put it in the message field on your application.
Eight places. Every application is read personally — you'll get pricing, dates and availability back directly. Tell the truth about your level; the program gets built around it.
Copy it and send it through, or open it straight in your email app. We reply to every one.
Four or six weeks away from everything that keeps getting in the way.
